SCOPE OF WORK:
The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled Renovations at Madeley Ranch, Stewart Creek and Lone Star Elementary Schools Package E for Montgomery ISD and is composed of interior renovations and related site work located in Montgomery, Texas.
The "Work" of this Contract is titled Renovations at Madeley Ranch, Stewart Creek and Lone Star Elementary Schools Package E and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: Renovations of interior finishes, restrooms, ceilings, lighting and technology upgrades, site improvements and maintenance with replacement of the emergency generators at Stewart Creek and Lone Star, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work.
