Proposals will be received by the Construction Manager office listed above. Proposals will be opened in private by the Construction Manager and owner’s representative. A pre-proposal conference will be held TUESDAY, JUNE 28, 2023, 10:00 AM CST at the
ROCKPORT FULTON HIGH SCHOOL – 1801 OMOHUNDRO, ROCKPORT, TX 78382 (MEET AT THE MAIN ENTRY DOORS). All proposers may attend, ask questions, and discuss project with architect and owner. Proposer representation is not required for submitting a proposal; however, the submission of a proposal shall be prima facie evidence that the proposer has full knowledge of the detailed requirements of the project.
