Bid Notes:
As a subcontractor, your bid must be received on or before the day and time on this ITB to be considered. There is considerable review and preparation that must be completed after your bid is received, prior to this bid deadline. Thank you for your understanding and best efforts in this matter.

BDE/MBE Compliance:
Offerors shall submit documentation of compliance with the Business Diversity Enterprise(BDE) Ordinance Provisions (Found on Buzzsaw website). The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) diverse goal is 25% for the construction services for Subcontractors and Suppliers, which includes Tier 2 and Tier 3 Subcontractors and Suppliers.

City of Fort Worth Guidelines:
The City of Fort Worth has established design guidelines available on the City’s Buzzsaw website. Catalog, brand names, and manufacturer’s references are descriptive, not restrictive. Use of brands of like nature and quality will be considered. Upon request of the architect of Offeror if selected, the Offeror will submit a full-sized samples and/or detailed information as required to allow the architect to determine the acceptability of the proposed substitutions. Where equipment has been listed as “no substitute accepted”, the City will accept no alternants to the specified equipment. Also, refer to specification’s product requirements.

Summary of work: New Construction & Demolition
Located at 1851 Jacksboro Hwy Fort Worth, Texas 76114. The project will include temporary clubhouse facility, demolition of existing clubhouse, construction of new two-level clubhouse and cart storage area, demolition and renovation of the maintenance area. All buildings are structural steel, masonry and concrete with glass and insulated metal wall panels, exterior masonry, including interior finishes and MEP. The site will include concrete paving, retaining walls, landscape and irrigation.
