SCOPE OF WORK:
The project consists of constructing a new approximate 96,000 sq. ft., two story building which includes new classrooms, multipurpose rooms, labs, administrative spaces and other supporting facilities; there is also associated site work and landscaping. The property is currently owned by DCCCD, is cleared of any structures and has utility tie-ins available.
BUDGET:
It is anticipated that the budget for design and construction shall not exceed $39,000,000.00
dollars.
