SCOPE OF WORK:
Project consists of the following: New 44,427 SF addition that includes new cafeteria, kitchen, mechanical elective classroom, and administration spaces. 17,068 SF of the addition is a storm (Tornado) shelter. Existing building (171,552 SF) with a renovation of 58,443 SF that includes classrooms, automotive workroom, and construction workroom.

Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP CS 207154 $23,588,337.00

PRE-BID & LOCATION:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Monday March 27, 2023 via Zoom Meeting for all
interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in
preparation of the proposal.

All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, 04/25/2023 at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, 04/26/2023 at 3:00 PM (local time).

OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
Samuel Gaddis will be the Owner’s Project Manager (PM) for the management of planning,
design, permitting, construction, and post-construction for this CSP. All correspondence and
communication during the contract finalization, construction and post-construction processes
shall be directed to the Architect/Engineer firm (A/E) with copy to Samuel Gaddis. During
construction, the PM shall have authority to act on behalf of Dallas ISD for Owner related
direction.
