Scope of Work:
This project is of miscellaneous scope to renovate portions of the building that were not included in previous renovation projects. Exterior work includes a tennis court, baseball batting cage, and baseball dugout renovations, adding a softball batting cage, addressing accessibility concerns on exterior ramps, and enclosing a mechanical yard. Interior work includes a nurse’s suite and locker room/ gym full renovation, partial replacements of interior finishes and doors throughout to match previous renovations, and adding an emergency shower to the Auto Shop.
PRE-BID DATE:
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. CST on January 26, 2022, at the Dunbar High School Auditorium, located at 5700 Ramey Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76112, for all interested parties. Please allow 15 minutes before the meeting to check in at the front desk administration office, and will be escorted to the meeting location. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in preparing the proposal. Any questions asked and answered during the meeting will be available through the electronic bid system.
BID DATE:
All 2017 Capital Improvement construction procurement responses must be submitted electronically through the electronic bid system. That system can be found at https://fwisd.ionwave.net/.
Completed CSP Package Parts 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C must be submitted through IonWave no later than
February 7, 2023, before 2:00 PM (CST).
Any materials received after the respective closing date/times will not be considered.
