SCOPE OF WORK:
A new front drop-off and pickup lane, a new front entrance canopy, remodeled front security
vestibule, Security updates, replace fire alarm, replace building exterior wallpacks, replace and
add new HVAC units for IDF and MDF rooms, New intercom system, new single fixture toilet room
in a kindergarten room, and new door hardware with card readers.

BUDGET
The estimated budget for this project is
$1,318,882.00

PRE-BID DATE
A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10 AM on Monday, August 01, 2022, at 9560 Highfield Dr, Dallas, TX 75227 for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but information discussed will be extremely helpful in preparation of the proposal.

BID-DATE & LOCATION:
All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP.

Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Wednesday, August 30, 2022, at 2:00 PM (local time).

Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Thursday, August 31, 2022, at 3: 00 PM (local time).
